Liaison is usual in connected speech for the liking [ r ] form of word to be used before a vowel.
Types of liaison:
a. Linking a consonant with a vowel
– Come in [ kʌm ɪn ]
– look at [ lʊk æt ]
– love you [ lʌv ju:]
b. Liking a vowel with a vowel by an intrusive [ r ]
– thank for everything [ θæŋk fɔ:(r)evrɪθɪŋ ]
– More and more [ mɔ: ən mɔ: ]
