What happens to fortis plosives when they are syllable initial and accented?

When English fortis plosives are syllable initial and accented, they will be aspirated.

Example: car [k^ha]; pill [p^hil], take [t^heik]

Narrow transcription: try to come in time -> [trai tu k^hΛm in t^haim]
